Rev matching issue after remap, could the tune have messed up my gearbox?

Had my 2015 S4 stage 1 tuned about two months ago and absolutely loved it at first, the extra torque was addictive and the car felt properly alive for the first time since I bought it. Lately though I've noticed the downshifts aren't as crisp as they used to be, especially when slowing down for roundabouts the rev match seems lazy and sometimes it gives a little jerk like it's caught off guard. I'm running about 450 horsepower now which is well within what the DSG can supposedly handle, but the car has 140,000 kilometers on it and maybe the extra stress just accelerated whatever wear was already happening. The tuner swears their mapping is conservative and gearbox friendly but I can't shake the feeling that the timing of all this is a bit too coincidental. Starting to think I might need to have someone who really knows Audi transmission repair take a look at the adaptation values and clutch wear before this turns into a proper breakdown. Anyone else experienced transmission roughness after a remap and was it something that could be sorted with a TCU tune or did you need actual mechanical work done?
