It still surprises me how often material shortages pop up on sites even when the planning looks solid. Sometimes it’s an overlooked quantity, sometimes a supplier delay, and sometimes it’s just a small mistake that nobody noticed until the work actually started.
Lately, I’ve been paying more attention to the early quantity checks and even getting help from the best construction takeoff services when the project looks a bit complex.
