Thinking of buying a used XF – but scared of repair costs in Abu Dhabi
I've got my eye on a 2018 XF that looks beautiful and the price is tempting, but everyone keeps telling me Jaguars are nightmares once the warranty runs out. I don't mind paying for proper maintenance but I also don't want to be the guy who has to tow his car to the dealer for every little sensor failure. So I've been trying to figure out if there's a decent independent specialist around that actually knows these cars without charging an arm and a leg. Stumbled upon a page that mentioned a Professional Jaguar Repair Abu Dhabi and now I'm wondering if that's the kind of place I should be looking for before committing to buy. Has anyone here owned a Jaguar long term in the UAE heat? What actually breaks on them? And is there a trustworthy garage you'd recommend for pre-purchase inspection and ongoing service? Really don't want to fall in love with a car only to regret it six months later. Thanks.
