Error "tap" in Bosch SMV46KX01E (user manual)
Friends, what kind of dishwasher do you have at home? Maybe there are owners of the Bosch SMV46KX01E model here? Yesterday the indicator with the tap lit up and it stopped washing and now I have a pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen. Is there any way to fix this myself or is it better to contact a master? I have already started looking for a user manual for Bosch SMV46KX01E and even found it on the ManualMachine website, but I can't find anything there at all. I also have a problem with a white coating that remained on the glasses after washing, when it was working, and I had to wash all the dishes separately by hand. Maybe I should buy a new dishwasher and replace this one?

Does the tap icon flash immediately when you start the machine or only after a few minutes of operation? I had the exact same problem with my unit and found the solution in the manual on this site. This error usually points to a clogged supply filter or a kinked hose; simply cleaning the mesh should fix it. The white film on your glasses means the water hardness setting is wrong, which you can recalibrate using the buttons. Don't replace the machine yet, as these are very easy fixes!
