What is a Dead Pixel on a Screen?

If you are finding out what is dead pixel on a screen. A dead pixel is a small area of a cellphone, laptop or TV screen that can't light up or change color at all. It's typically a black spot that remains fixed while whatever's on the screen changes. Dead pixels may occur during the manufacturing process, due to pressure, or as a result of screen ageing. When a pixel is stuck, it can be repaired using software; however, a dead pixel may only be replaced with a new screen.
